Massage

Massage can be many things to many people. As part of a regular self-care routine, it can improve the condition of your skin, raise immunity, lower blood pressure, foster healing of scars and reduce scar tissue, ease pregnancy, lessen anxiety, improve digestion, and the list goes on.

I design integrated sessions to address each clients’ individual physical and energetic needs. Sessions include a combination of Swedish, Sports, and Deep Massage modalities as well as stretches, range-of-motion movement, and specific techniques to address trigger points, scar tissue, and some injury sites. Please refer to the American Massage Therapy Institute to prepare to get the most from your session.
