Trigger Points

It is generally agreed that a trigger point, or what is often referred to as a “knot”, is a band or bands of muscle fiber that are stuck in contraction, usually for an unknown reason. Often these points refer pain to another area in the body. A variety of techniques can be used to address trigger points.
